EXCHANGE POLICY
*We will allow you to exchange for a different size within 14 days of receiving the original order (only if the other size is available). We can not provide sizes that were not listed to begin with. We have a limited amount of each size, so please email ASAP to make sure we save the size you are wanting.
*You must email thewispypine@gmail.com to receive authorization and exchange instructions. We will ship the exchange upon receiving your return if stock is still available, otherwise, you'll be issued STORE CREDIT only, no refunds.Â
*Sale items are NOT eligible for size exchange and are final sale, no exceptions.
*Returns for exchange must be unworn, scent-free, with TAGS STILL ATTACHED.
*JEWELRY IS NON-REFUNDABLE
*ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE
*Shipping charges are not refundable
*We have the right to reject any order sent back to us that does not meet the criteria above.
***Return shipping and handling for the size exchange is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. When sending returns back, please obtain a tracking number.

If you order from the Wispy Pine VIP Group and we invoice you, you have 24 hrs to pay the invoice. We cannot hold an item for longer than 24 hrs.
